Refund policy

We are so confident in our products that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. You must return the product within 30 days of receiving the product. If you purchased more than 1 bottle you will need to return the remaining bottles unopened. You will be responsible for returning the product and paying for the shipping.

To protect us from fraud this is only valid on your first order 30 days of receiving your product.

The packaging must remain in the same state that it left dispatch or it will not be accepted under the Distance Selling Act. The return is at the customers expense and contact information can be found in our contact section. The cost of the product will be refunded minus the courier.

If the customer finds the product is defective or received the incorrect product Natural Foundation will replace with no extra cost to the consumer so long as the packing is not damaged and seal remains unbroken. If the product internally is damaged; notify us and we will determine the course of action needed. If at fault of manufacturer and not due to transportation we will enter a refund/replacement protocol.

Upon receipt of the product the consumer must check the package that it is compliance with their order and that the packaging is sealed and unbroken. If there is any discrepancy with the packaging due to transportation it is up to the customer to check with the courier about the protocols for receipt of damaged goods.

Do not accept a product if the packaging appears tampered, or damaged or the seal is broken due to transportation.
